What can I do, so I don't have future problems with my CashBack? |
In the event that a transaction fails to track we will work hard for you to recover the CashBack, however, in these instances CashBack is not guaranteed. Try these tips below to minimize any future tracking problems:
1) Make sure you log-in!
You must log-in to your PocketMore account and visit the retailer via a PocketMore link. Failure to do so will mean that your click history is not created and we will not be able to reclaim missing transactions.
2) Make sure your browser accepts cookies and Javascript.
To track your CashBack your web browser needs to accept both cookies and javascript.
If you are using Internet Explorer version 6 or higher ensure your security settings are set to 'Medium'. (In Internet Explorer, select the 'Tools' menu and choose Internet Options. Click the Privacy tab and then drag the slider to 'Medium'.
3) Don't use unauthorized coupon codes
You will often find coupon and discount codes posted on various sites and forums.
Please be aware that using certain codes that have not been authorized by the retailer to be used in conjunction with CashBack might invalidate the CashBack tracking.
In these circumstances we will be unable to recover your CashBack for you.
Please refer to PocketMore's coupon page or merchant to locate authorized coupons that you can use in conjunction with CashBack.
4) Keep your PC virus and spyware free
Some viruses and spyware will overwrite the PocketMore tracking codes in order to secure the virus writer with the commissions.
Please ensure you use up to date anti-virus protection and anti spyware tools such as Adaware (http://www.lavasoftusa.com/ ).
Remember, If a Merchant doesn’t ‘pay us’, we can’t ‘pay you’.
