Pending, Available, Investigating. What's it all mean? |

In your ‘CashBack Account” select ‘Balance and History’. Here you will find your account details and a CashBack Legend telling you what it all means. However we also listed them here.
"Pending” – This is your accumulated CashBack amounts that have been reported by the Merchant but not yet released to the ‘Available’ account yet. Remember two important things here.
1) It may take up to 30 days to post (so don’t contact us until 30 days are up)
2) It may take 90 to 121 days to be reported to your ‘Available’ account.

"Available” – This is your Cash! Take it anytime! When you are ready, select ‘Send me a Payment’.
“Investigating” – You asked us to look into why your purchase was not recorded by the Merchant. We are inquiring with the Merchant to see if they will pay the CashBack on that purchase.
“Reversed” – This purchase has been invalidated by the Merchant and the related CashBack has been removed from your account balance. Merchants reserve the right to reverse transactions where the products or services have been returned, terms of the offer were not completed, violation of terms and conditions, suspected fraud activity or other pertinent reasons. In rare cases, this area may reflect actions by PocketMore where violation of term and conditions as well as fraud are suspected or found.
“Total Paid Since (Date)” – This amount reflects the total amount of cashed out CashBack over the lifetime of your account.
