I have waited 30 days and my purchase is still not in my account!

If it has gotten to this point we understand you are probably irritated. Our first step, if you report this missing purchase to us, is to contact the merchant regarding your purchase. We will do our best to get your CashBack. And it pays for us to do so since we also depend on part of that commission from the merchant. However before you contact us, make sure the following can be provided.

1)    You have allowed 30  days from the date of purchase for your account to be posted

2)    Your click history shows that you started the purchase with a click through PocketMore.

3)    That the purchase did not occur more than 90 days ago. (We do not investigate claims more than 90 from the date of purchase. Why? Because most merchants will not assist us on claims after 90 days.)

If you meet these criteria then please create a ‘missing CashBack’ support ticket and we will investigate and attempt to recover your CashBack from the retailer.

Note: After submitting your support ticket it may take a number of weeks to process as we need to raise a request with the retailer and await their response.

Remember, If a Merchant doesn’t ‘pay us’, we can’t ‘pay you’.
