Why has a purchase I've made not shown in my reports? |

All Purchases are recorded by our Merchants who in turn pass us the electronic details of your CashBack. Most Merchants only pass CashBack payments after their guarantee or returns period has expired - this can take anywhere from 30-120 days. Alternatively it may be that either you were not correctly signed-in as a PocketMore user before making the purchase or that the Merchant's system had problems notifying us of your CashBack. Increasingly some advert blocking software programs are blocking the special tracking codes we need to track your CashBack. If you have not seen your purchase recorded in your account within 30 days then please open a ‘Investigate Missing CashBack’ support ticket. We will contact the retailer on your behalf and make every effort to claim the due CashBack from them.
