The Legal stuff is covered under the “User Agreement of Terms and Conditions” (see ‘Enrollment’).
The practical stuff is as follows:
1) Do make sure you are signed-in before you link to a Merchant site.
2) Do make sure you link to a Merchant site from PocketMore.
3) Do Make a purchase and complete checkout at a PocketMore Merchant.
4) Do complete your purchase when you go to that site. (It’s fine if you want to shop around to different stores, but make sure you come back to the PocketMore site and click through to the site you want to make the purchase. Otherwise you risk the purchase not being recorded by the merchant as a PocketMore CashBack purchase)
5) Don’t let a lot of time lapse when you are on the Merchant site and the time you make a purchase. Within an hour is great, a couple of hours, not so great. Past that, you put your CashBack at risk. We track by cookies and cookies can be time sensitive. If you are concerned, just redirect your shopping through PocketMore again.
6) Do go through the PocketMore site again if you are making multiple purchases. Your session can be ended by a purchase and a new purchase, without returning to PocketMore, may not be recorded as a purchase with PocketMore by the merchant.
7) Do keep e-mail transactions saved from the Merchant in case of tracking or recording problems.
8) Don’t make a purchase directly from a Share Forum link, Make sure you link from a valid merchant store within the PocketMore site.
9) Don’t click on “Special Offers” or “Special Deals” or “ToolBars” from other sites when you are shopping.
10) Don’t modify the URL Address in the Window generated by PocketMore or related link.
Although nothing is 100%, we are trying to get it closer to that. We make money when you make money. Strong motivation to get things right. And motivated we are!
