- Where Do I Go First: We at PocketMore are online shoppers ourselves. So we understand many of the issues you face. We take the input from our users (see PocketMore on the Share Forum topics) and apply what we can, to make this site as easy to use as possible. We have our limitations, so we ask that you follow these suggestions first when you have a question or issue.
- FAQ’s: We have compiled the most common issues that face our users. Take a few minutes and go through the topics listed in the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page. This may get you back on track quickly.
- Forum Class 101: There are many do’s and don’t of using a forum, both for your protection and for the courtesy and protection of others. PocketMore offers an online tutorial to help you understand the conduct of the forum, its user and it’s moderators. In the Help menu, click “About the Share Forum”
- User Answers: Many questions are answered very quickly by forum users or moderators. We have a forum topic just for this instance. Go to the forum topic labeled “PocketMore”. Post your question and get an answer.
